In American Express’ 2022-2023 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, the company is highlighting its progress against the core pillars of its ESG strategy: Build Financial Confidence, Advance Climate Solutions and Promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

AMEX developed its ESG strategy in 2021 based on key issues of importance for its stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, shareholders, communities, and partners. Over the past year, American Express has made significant progress toward its goals.
