This festival season, Decathlon is launching a new initiative aimed at reducing waste and promoting sustainable festival experiences. The “No Tent Left Behind” campaign features the full range of Quechua MH100 tents, encouraging festival-goers to enjoy their adventures responsibly while earning a reward for their efforts.

A Sustainable Festival Season

The “No Tent Left Behind” campaign, endorsed by notable figures like Jo Whiley, Radio DJ, and Television Presenter, aims to highlight the importance of sustainability at festivals. Whiley remarked, “Decathlon’s ‘No Tent Left Behind’ campaign is a great reminder to festival goers to make sure they enjoy their experience, but in a sustainable way. And you can even make some money to shop!

How It Works

This summer, festival-goers can participate in Decathlon’s initiative by purchasing an eligible Quechua MH100 tent between June 6, 2024, and September 13, 2024. After using the tent for their festival experience, they can return it to any Decathlon store by September 13, 2024, to receive a gift card equivalent to the tent’s purchase price.

Why the MH100 Range?

The Quechua MH100 tents are designed specifically for festival-goers. These tents are:

  • Low-cost and lightweight: Easy on the budget and simple to carry.
  • Compact: Convenient for transport.
  • Blackout technology: Some models feature this innovation to ensure a good night’s sleep after a night of festivities.

With approximately 250,000 tents abandoned at festivals each year, most ending up in landfills, the “No Tent Left Behind” initiative aims to significantly reduce waste and promote environmental responsibility among attendees.

Take the Pledge

Participation in the “No Tent Left Behind” campaign is straightforward:

  1. Purchase a tent: Choose a Quechua MH100 tent from Decathlon between June 6, 2024, and September 13, 2024.
  2. Enjoy the festival: Use the tent during the festival and pack it up afterwards.
  3. Return the tent: Bring the tent back to Decathlon with proof of purchase by September 13, 2024, to receive a gift card equal to the tent’s purchase price.
