Dwight Capital has expanded its services by launching Dwight Green Finance, a new lending platform aimed at financing property improvements through C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy). This initiative, led by Lisa Nordel, complements Dwight’s existing financial solutions, including bridge loans, mezzanine, and HUD lending platforms.
C-PACE Benefits
C-PACE empowers property owners to secure favorable, long-term funding for energy-efficient upgrades, renewable energy installations, and water conservation projects. These improvements lower operational costs and boost property values. Notably, the C-PACE assessment is fully assumable, making property upgrades more flexible and attractive. Repayment is structured through a special tax assessment added to the property tax bill, typically offering lower rates compared to traditional financing.

Previously, she served as Vice President at Peachtree Group, leading loan executions and managing C-PACE transactions. Her achievements include overseeing underwriting and closing over $850 million in C-PACE financings.
