Rockwell Automation Appoints Emmanuel Guilhamon as VP of Sustainability
Rockwell Automation, the global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, has appointed Emmanuel Guilhamon as Vice President of Sustainability, effective July 1. Guilhamon, who will report directly to Becky House, Senior Vice President, Chief People and Legal Officer, is tasked with driving the company’s sustainability strategy on a global scale.
In his new role, Guilhamon will spearhead Rockwell’s efforts to create sustainable value for customers, foster a sustainable company culture, and contribute to sustainable communities. “Since joining Rockwell, Emmanuel has made significant contributions to our business,” said Becky House. “He knows our customers and technology and is passionate about the critical role that industrial automation and digital transformation play in helping our customers increase resiliency, optimize production, and ultimately drive sustainability.”
Driving Sustainability Forward
Guilhamon will lead Rockwell’s corporate sustainability team, working closely with internal and external partners to align on and achieve the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments. The team will focus on developing innovative solutions that assist manufacturers in reaching their sustainability goals, a mission that Guilhamon is well-equipped to lead given his extensive background.
Having joined Rockwell in 2019, Guilhamon has held several key positions, including Process Industry Sales Lead and Sales Director for Strategic Account Heavy Industries. His leadership at Cysalys, a renewable energy startup, and his diverse experience at Schlumberger across various roles in engineering and product management have prepared him for this critical role.

Currently based in Paris, Guilhamon and his family will relocate to the United States to join Rockwell’s headquarters in Milwaukee, underscoring his commitment to driving Rockwell’s sustainability initiatives from the heart of the company.
