Terms and Conditions: Paid Guest Post

At ESG News, we welcome high-quality paid guest contributions from experts, brands, and thought leaders in the fields of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), sustainable finance, corporate responsibility, innovation, and climate action. Our audience includes decision-makers from investment firms, corporations, institutions, governments, and NGOs globally.

To maintain the credibility and impact of ESG News, all paid content must adhere to the following editorial guidelines:


1. Content Focus

We accept paid guest posts that cover:

  • Related industry trends and insights
  • ESG strategy and leadership
  • Sustainable finance and investing
  • Innovation in climate and energy transition
  • Corporate sustainability case studies
  • ESG regulations and frameworks (EU, SEC, CSRD, etc.)
  • SDGs, CSR, DEI initiatives
  • Green technologies and startups
  • Opinion/editorial on global sustainability trends

2. Content Standards

  • Originality: All content must be original and not published elsewhere. We do not accept spun, plagiarized, or AI-generated content without human editing and context.
  • Value & Insight: Provide useful insights, actionable takeaways, or informed opinion — not promotional fluff.
  • Tone: Professional, accessible, and informative. Avoid aggressive sales language or overuse of jargon.
  • Length: 800–1,200 words (exceptions for deeper analysis).
  • Formatting: Use subheadings, bullet points, short paragraphs, and links to relevant sources.

3. Author Bio & Brand Attribution

  • All paid guest posts include a “Contributed by” or “Sponsored by” label.
  • You may include one author bio (max 75 words) and headshot.
  • Up to 2 do-follow links allowed: one to your website and one to a relevant product, report, or landing page.

4. Editorial Review Process

Our editorial team reviews all submissions to ensure they align with our standards and readership. ESG News reserves the right to:

  • Edit content for clarity, tone, grammar, or structure.
  • Request revisions if the content does not meet editorial quality.
  • Reject submissions that are misleading, overly promotional, off-topic, or conflict with our platform values.

5. Submission & Payment

  • Fee: $2,500 per article (rate determined by distribution package and placement: homepage, newsletter, etc.) unless other authorized by ESG News in advance.
  • Turnaround: Articles typically go live within 3–5 business days after final approval and payment.
  • Payment is due upon content approval and before publishing.
  • Syndication: All articles are syndicated across our 500 RSS feeds, partner platforms, and newsletter (approx. 100K subscribers).
  • Social media channels: Articles are posted across LinkedIn and other social channels.

7. How to Submit

Send your article idea or draft to editor@esgnews.com with:

  • Subject line: “Paid Guest Post Submission – [Proposed Title]”
  • A short author/brand bio
  • Links to previous writing samples (optional but preferred)

  • Sponsored content will always be clearly labeled per FTC and global guidelines.
  • ESG News retains the right to remove content that later proves inaccurate, unethical, or in breach of our terms.
  • No hate speech, greenwashing, or misinformation will be tolerated.
