Nasdaq has officially launched the Nasdaq Carbon Academy, an on-demand learning platform designed to educate executives and sustainability leaders on carbon dioxide removal (CDR). Built in collaboration with AirMiners, a prominent accelerator and educational hub in the carbon removal space, the Academy aims to demystify the carbon markets and accelerate corporate climate action.
The five-course program spans the full CDR landscape—from foundational science to carbon credit procurement. Modules include:
- Introduction to Carbon Dioxide Removal
- Core Carbon Dioxide Removal Concepts
- Carbon Dioxide Removal Methodologies
- Quality, Value, and Aligning Incentives
