Raider Hill, a private real estate investment advisory firm, announced the expansion of its fully integrated suite of operational and advisory services with the launch of its Sustainability Advisory practice. As part of this strategic growth, Raider Hill also announced the hiring of Lukas Ceseña as Director of Sustainability.

In this role, Ceseña will oversee the firm’s sustainability efforts and strategy, supporting clients’ integration of ESG considerations and measures across the real estate value chain. In addition, Ceseña will lead the implementation of sustainability initiatives across Raider Hill’s various portfolios and the evaluation of innovative sustainable investment opportunities.

“I am thrilled to be joining Raider Hill to build an industry-leading ESG platform that will expand the firm’s suite of services and help clients achieve their long-term ESG goals,” said Ceseña. “Climate change and ESG considerations are increasingly impacting commercial real estate and will serve as secular trends for the space.
