Footprint Chief Legal Officer Awarded Corporate Counsel Award for Environmental Impact

Footprint, a global materials science technology company focused on creating a healthy planet, announced that its Chief Legal Officer Steve Burdumy has been awarded with an Arizona Corporate Counsel of the Year Award in the category of Environmental Impact.
Steve Burdumy provides legal and business experience in his role as Footprint’s Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer. Utilizing prior experience in corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions and business operations, he has made significant contributions to Footprint in overseeing capital raising, mergers, securities matters, and developing strategic relationships with customers and suppliers in the company’s quest to invent and produce new materials to replace single-use plastics.
