Air Liquide Issues €500 Million Green Bond to Fund Low-Carbon Hydrogen and Energy Transition

Air Liquide successfully issued a €500 million green bond, reaffirming its commitment to sustainable growth as outlined in its strategic ADVANCE plan. The bond, maturing in March 2035, carries a fixed annual coupon of 3.500%.
Funds from this issuance will finance flagship projects in energy transition, particularly in low-carbon hydrogen and air gases. This marks Air Liquide’s third green bond issuance, following fully allocated bonds in 2021 and 2024.
