Oak Hill Advisors adds head of ESG, corporate sustainability

Jeffrey Cohen was named managing director and head of ESG and corporate sustainability at alternative credit manager Oak Hill Advisors.
It is a new position, a spokeswoman said in an email. Mr. Cohen will also join the firm’s ESG committee, and diversity and inclusion council. He will report to William H. Bohnsack Jr., president and senior partner.
Mr. Cohen was previously director of capital markets integration and head of private investment initiatives at the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board.
Oak Hill Advisors’ sale to T. Rowe Price Group closed Dec. 29. As of Dec. 31, OHA had about $57 billion in assets under management.
