This collaboration sits at the heart of the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) program. It specifically focuses on building a diverse and inspired workforce.
Empowering First-Generation Talent CareerSpring is a unique networking platform designed for first-generation college students. These are individuals whose parents did not attain a four-year degree. The platform helps these students:

Success in Action: The Intern Spotlight As part of this ongoing commitment, Surgical Notes recently welcomed back intern Karen Benitez. An undergraduate at the College of Saint Benedict, Benitez originally joined the team in 2021. Her current role focuses on advanced data analysis and expanding her expertise in Microsoft Excel.
