Empowering First-Generation Talent CareerSpring is a unique networking platform designed for first-generation college students. These are individuals whose parents did not attain a four-year degree. The platform helps these students:

An undergraduate at the College of Saint Benedict, Benitez originally joined the team in 2021. Her current role focuses on advanced data analysis and expanding her expertise in Microsoft Excel.
