DHL and Envision have joined forces to drive the decarbonization of the aviation industry, with Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) as a pivotal focus. This collaboration aims to elevate DHL’s SAF mix to 30% by 2030, significantly cutting carbon emissions.

Supporting DHL’s Green Goals

Envision will supply SAF, backing DHL’s emission reduction targets and securing a robust global supply. Additionally, Envision will investigate renewable feedstock sources and technological pathways to continually advance aviation sector decarbonization.

Lei Zhang, Chairman of Envision Group, remarked, “The aviation sector is trailing targets mainly due to high costs associated with green hydrocarbons and their derivatives. Through systematic innovation, Envision can reduce costs and revolutionize SAF production at scale. This ‘new oil’ will support global efforts towards carbon neutrality.“

Comprehensive Green Energy Solutions

Envision will also deliver green energy transition solutions, including electricity, to bolster DHL’s renewable energy objectives through targeted green power procurements.

Strategic Partnership for Global Reach

The agreement designates DHL as a key strategic partner for Envision’s development plans, leveraging DHL’s network across over 220 countries to help Envision enter new renewable energy markets. DHL, as Envision’s preferred logistics partner, will offer integrated logistics solutions to enhance efficiency, ensuring seamless global supply chain management.

Already launched in Asia and parts of Europe and the Middle East, this park will expand globally with DHL’s support, offering cutting-edge solutions for zero-carbon transformation.
