Dr. Ivanova is an accomplished EHS and sustainability practitioner with wide international experience. She has significant expertise in developing and implementing EHS and sustainability programs for multinational corporations from a variety of sectors, including mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, and consumer goods. Dr. Ivanova works with the C‑suites of client organizations to assist them with sustainability strategy, EHS management, EHS and sustainability transformation, performance improvement, reporting and disclosure, and supply chain sustainability.

Dr. Ivanova leads EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability services in North and South America. She also leads the EY global sustainability advisory network. Prior to joining EY, Dr. Ivanova was the Global Sustainability Practice Director for a leading environmental consulting firm.

She is recognized thought leader in sustainability with numerous publications and presentations at sustainability forums. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Biology and MSc in Pollution and Environmental Control from the University of Manchester (UK), and MSc in Biology from the University of Sofia (Bulgaria). Dr. Ivanova speaks multiple languages in addition to English.
