The oversubscribed deal, supported by both banks and institutional investors, represents a strong endorsement of STACK’s strategic execution and asset quality. The capital injection will enhance financial flexibility, enabling the company to accelerate growth and innovation in key global markets.

It enhances our ability to move with agility in the current environment, while reinforcing our long-term alignment with hyperscale clients and institutional partners,” Paduck added.

Structured to support long-term ownership, the facility leverages mature, high-quality assets to secure favorable terms. This approach not only strengthens STACK’s balance sheet but also preserves strategic optionality across future debt and equity paths.
