Deloitte Boosts Global ESG Reporting with Salesforce Partnership
Deloitte has adopted GreenLight powered by Salesforce, integrating Salesforce’s Net Zero Cloud with proprietary Deloitte technology to strengthen its global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts. Deployed in over 120 countries, the solution streamlines data collection, performance tracking, and reporting across multiple teams.
As part of its WorldClimate ambition, Deloitte required a comprehensive platform to track progress on its sustainability goals. A recent Deloitte & Touche LLP study found that 99% of U.S. public companies are gearing up for new ESG disclosure requirements, but more than half cite data quality issues as a key challenge.
Net Zero Cloud consolidates data from diverse sources into a unified view, reducing silos and increasing efficiency. Deloitte’s accelerators further enhance the system by adding custom features such as automated workflows and approval processes, ensuring precise ESG reporting.
Suzanne DiBianca, EVP and Chief Impact Officer at Salesforce, emphasized, “This collaboration is an example of how together we’re driving innovation, transparency, and change for the planet.”
