HB Reavis workspace WELL certified at the Platinum level

HB Reavis, the international workspace provider, has achieved WELL Platinum with its very own workspace in Slovakia. The site is one of just 10 offices in Europe to receive WELL’s highest certification – a process that took several months to complete.

The 5,000 sqm new office, enjoyed by more than 300 employees, was designed around WELL’s key areas supporting the key pillars of wellbeing and productivity, including: water, air, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind. Altogether, the certification evaluated almost 100 features. As well as being made from low CO2 pollutant materials, the building’s operations are carefully calibrated for better wellbeing, which results in increased productivity and stress reduction.

Common areaMore than 200 sensors constantly check a range of quality levels, like air and water. From the office occupier’s perspective, for example, it means that the tap water is constantly tested and every employee has access to drinking water within 30 metres of their desk, because distance is often the factor which determines if an employee drinks regularly or not. HB Reavis’ design also ensures a wealth of natural lighting reaches employees so they can enjoy a seamless circadian rhythm.

As well as natural, biophilic colours and materials, the office has an abundance of plants to help people feel healthy and positive. The office is also dotted with complementary fruit and vegetable baskets, and has its own designated dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen to help people eat more mindfully.

This belief is driving the company’s activities across its 6 markets, providing workspaces for more than 75,000 people, with many more workspaces in the pipeline.
