JLL has announced the launch of its Energy Advisory and Sustainability practice to expand its sustainability offerings. Led by clean energy expert Josephine Tucker, this new team provides energy-focused services to real estate investors, commercial, and public sector clients.
With expertise spanning energy sourcing, efficiency, and optimization, the practice supports clients in achieving sustainability targets while adapting to volatile energy markets, evolving regulations, and heightened consumer demands. The team also integrates technologies such as EV-charging, renewables, battery storage, and microgrids.

Josephine Tucker, who joined JLL in 2022, brings over 15 years of experience in energy, real estate, and transportation. As Americas Head of Energy Advisory and Sustainability, she is focused on addressing rising energy demands and supporting clean energy initiatives across industries.
