World Economic Forum 2023 Day Two Highlights from Davos #WEF23

The second day of the World Economic Forum 2023 in Davos brings a lot of exciting happenings.

Among the most talked about events was a speech by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who highlighted India’s initiatives towards carrying out environmentally friendly policies and introducing digital solutions to numerous sectors. He also spoke of the potential for digital payments to help rural areas emerge out of poverty.

In the afternoon, a panel discussion with some of the world’s leading figures in technology discussed how to use digital technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence and big data analytics to address global challenges. They also discussed the importance of building trust between government agencies and other parties when it comes to the use of these technologies.

A separate panel discussion focused on the need for new strategies and policies to ensure sustainability in agriculture and the environment. The speakers outlined several steps that could be taken, such as promoting organic farming techniques, integrating technology into agricultural practices, and increasing public awareness about climate change.
