The appointment comes as Sweep accelerates global expansion and strengthens its presence across the U.S. and Asia-Pacific. House will oversee the company’s end-to-end revenue operations, including sales, customer success, and business development.
Leadership aligned with high-growth trajectory
Freddie House brings deep expertise in scaling high-performing SaaS teams and executing go-to-market strategies for complex enterprise software. Prior to joining Sweep, he held senior commercial roles at Peakon—where he led European teams through to the company’s acquisition by Workday—and has since worked across business development, account management, and customer success.
